The Saturn TMVR system is a novel, investigational device designed to overcome clinical hurdles
to enable treatment of a wider patient range.
Saturn TMVR System consists of a bovine and porcine pericardial valve and an annular structure, implanted as a single device that embraces the native leaflets and reduces the annulus to provide secure anchoring and a reliable seal, eliminating MR and restoring proper valve function.

How It Works
Saturn TMVR System offers a minimally invasive alternative for patients with symptomatic mitral regurgitation of grade 3+ or 4+.
The technology is currently being validated transseptally in the CASSINI-EU and CASSINI-US early feasibility clinical trials, after showing promising results in the transapical Pilot Study.
