JACC Case Reports published the first report of a patient with the SATURN Trans-septal System in the CASSINI EU Early Feasibility Study.
A 66-year-old woman with 3+ symptomatic MR patient underwent treatment with the fully percutaneous, transfemoral, transseptal Saturn mitral valve replacement device. Ultimately, the patient had elimination of her MR and symptomatic improvement.
